Seeing is believing...

Hello out there in blogland.  What a wonderful day we have today, after yesterday's rain and storm.  The temps are still in the 90's but at least the humidity has dropped.  Just a quick post today, as my 2 young grandsons will be arriving shortly, for an overnight stay.

Another Christmas card...what can I say.  I think it must be a survival instinct or reaction to all the heat!  Today's card using another of the wonderful Just Inklined images from their Best of Just Inklined 2012 CD ROM.

I've coloured the image with copics and coloured pencils, then used chalk for the background and distress stickles and DI for around the edges.  The patterned papers are from MME, and for the added sparkle I have used peel off borders and stickers.  The pretty snowflake is paper quilling, made by my daughter...thanks Steph!  I wonder if she has made any more lately.....

Here's hoping you all have a lovely weekend, with fine weather and good times.  Stay safe, and thanks for visiting.
