Let there be Peace!

Good morning everyone!  It's a lovely day here today, and I'll be heading out shortly to take my car for it's check-up.  So here goes with a quick post, using a free image from Polka Doodles....by request for their current challenge.  If you are quick, you too can get one of their images, but today is the last day for requests.


This image, titled Angel Peace is from the new line by Angelberry, and she's such a sweetie!  Nice and easy to colour, using my copics and pencils and then adding glitter pen to the wings and lacey bits.

The papers are an oldie from Bo Bunny, and except for a ribbon bow and some pearls, the image and it's frame take centre stage.  I've wanted to use these non-traditional Christmas colours for some time now, and this image gave me the perfect chance.

Hope you all have a wonderful crafty day, and with the kiddies back at school....it may be peaceful too!
