Good morning everone. Here is my card for the new challenge at Through the Purple Haze. This lovely image is a stamp from Flonzcraft titled Gibson Girl. Almost a CAS card...leaving a lot of the white card showing. Only one DP has been used, first for the background square and then for the border, using the Whimsy - Mini Lace Corner die. A few embellishments in pink, for a nice soft look and for a bit of optimism...those pretty spring blooms! I also made use of some white rub-ons for the sentiment and flourishes. It's amazing what you can find when you look through your stash!

Oooh this is beautiful l love the vintage image and the dp backing paper is gorgeous l just love the fact you framed the image in the same paper as the lovely die used and the pink in all elements just finishes your card to perfection xx

Oh this is such a classic design! The Gibson girl is a fabulous choice, she's classic, set off with the beautifully classical combination of brown, pink and white. A perfect combination. Love this!!!
