The Distressed Look...

Good morning!  Hope the sun is shining where you are, and here's wishing you a beautiful day!  But of course, if won't be that many more months until the snow is here again.

Today's card is my first as a guest designer for Sassy Studio Designs, and it's for their current challenge using a Distressed Theme.  You'll note that I've used a lot of grey DI on all the edges, and I've also used the same colour to stamp some flourishes on the blue DP.  For the layer behind the image, I've used a script stamp and then torn the paper, giving a nice distressed edge.  Lots of glamour dust highlites the snow and snow flakes, but hasn't really shown up well in the photo.

Tools:  Nestibilities Labels 18 die
Other:  flower, ribbon and glitter peel-offs from my stash.
