Good morning everyone! Here's a card I made yesterday with something a little different.
This was supposed to be a DT card, but I got confused on the designer's image...so it's just for fun! This little image is from
Pixie Dust Studios, and is called
Prairie Girls. My one granddaughter is a huge fan of Little House on the Prairie books.
For my layout, I've followed along with the Pink{Ink} Sketch Challenge. I've coloured the image with Prisma pencils and copics, then cutting it into a circle and then cutting around for the sky. This is the part that is different. Using the same size of circle, I scrunched up the paper and then rubbed DI over all of the creases (blues, grays and a touch of tea dye), and then I ironed it flat. I like the effect and will have to try it again.
The buttons and bows were a vacation purchase, (love those) from Papermania.
