My card today uses a freebie image from Penny Blossom, and you can still find it for download here. I've coloured her with copics, adding a little green to the skin tones, then lots of DI to smudge the edges and create a spooky theme.
The papers are from my old scrapbooking stash, and I've dressed it up with a couple of black die cuts and some washi tape.....and couldn't resist.....some googly eyes!
