Hi again. Just thought I would post this card while I'm waiting to see if the cloudy skies are going to produce rain. I want to get out in the garden while the weather is still mild, so as to put the gardens all to bed....as we know quite well what is coming.
So, in keeping with a positive outlook....Christmas is coming. We'll let the negatives slide for now, and here is a Christmas card with a lovely image from The Paper Shelter. It's coloured with markers, with some liquid applique added for dimension. An added sentiment, a Spellbinder's die and some gold metalic pen provide the finishing touch.
I've used a couple of Christmas DP from my stash, along with a MS punch for a lacy effect. A bit of ribbon and 2 bits of paper candi adds just a little embellishment.
Thanks for stopping by, and try to get out and enjoy some fall temperatures before the winter sets in.
Some challenges for my card:
