A Birthday Wish

A quick post today, as my visitors should be here any minute, from England!  My house is all clean and tidy and my gardens are done....I'm ready for a vacation!  Here I have a  pretty image from Digi Stamps 4 Joy, which was really a treat to colour.  Copics again, and some pretty paper to complement.

Signs of spring...still waiting!

Greetings.  With luck the sun is shining where you are.  Definitely a no show here, with lots of wind and rain, maybe even snow flurries tomorrow.  I'll be venturing out shortly, winter coat and all, as I just realized I'm out of cofee....heaven forbid!

No colouring from me today, but I made really good use of my dies.  The butterflies were in my stash, a gift from my daughter's craft room, and I've been waiting for just the right card to use them.  I have added a little sparkle and bling, so that they co-ordinate with the sparkly background paper.  Anything to make the day seem brighter!

Other supplies:
Patterned paper from First Edition - Summer Breeze collection
Cheery Lynn die - Ankara Lace
Whimsy dies - Birthday Sentimentables and Corner Dies Set

Thanks for stopping by, and hopefully Mother Nature takes a peek too.  Just want to remind her that it is supposed to be spring!  ha ha
