Thank You - with Flowers

First of all, I would like to thank all of you for stopping by today, and for all your lovely comments!  Maybe this card will bring a little sunshine to your day.


Today, I've used an image from Meljen's Designs....one of the many freebies she so generously shares.   Coloured with water colours, I've had it made up for ages.....I just needed to make it into a card.  

I've used my Nestie die to cut out the image, a Fiskars corner punch on the mat, and for my layout, I've used this week's sketch over at Waltzing Mouse Sketch Challenge,

Once again, I'm thinking SPRING....hence the soft lilac card stock and the nice bright flowers.  The lace frame was cut on my Silhouette, using a cutting file from Monica's Cutting Room.  Here is another generous lady who shares her files...for various cutting machines.   I've added some colour, some stickles and a wee bit of faux stitching to give it a spring feel.

Have yourselves a wonderful day...and think SPRING!  Winter can't last forever!
