'Tis The Season

Good morning everyone!  'Tis the weekend, and hopefully you all have a good one.  Still lots of grey skies, but old man winter is giving us a bit of a reprieve with some milder temps and rain....to wash away the snow.  This could be because I've just bought some ice melter...and I won't mind if it doesn't get used!  My granddaughter is here for a couple of days, and she enjoys to do crafting with me.  Maybe we can try something new.


I made this one up earlier this week, looking on the bright side of winter......  Snow looks so pretty on cards, and this cute little image is adorable.  I used liquid applique for the snow, adding some glitter to this and the fur on his hat.  You will also see some liquid pearls for the falling snow and the white berries.  Made good use of my dies and punches, and found some purple seam binding for a pretty bow.

    Beautiful Card! I love all your attention to detail! All the die cuts and framing around your image.. love it! I also got a chuckle with your comment about it raining since you bought the ice melt. Never fails for me either. Every year when I finally buy salt, it ends up raining and warming back up!
